我的創意料理
回來五天 只出門過四次，去學校、區臣士、到垃圾、買水 哈～
幸好回來時從家裡帶了一顆高麗菜和幾顆蕃茄跟柳丁
昨天終於出門買一個排骨便當
結果只吃了一半覺得丟掉又太可惜
就把它冰在冰箱裡
今天中午把他拿出來 先把排骨切小塊 後再切個蕃茄丁和高麗菜切成小段
跟剩下的飯煮成一鍋蕃茄排骨粥
完全不必加調味料就很好吃了咧
不過覺得沒機車真是麻煩耶
昨天走路去萊爾富買水
花了兩倍價和十倍力
累死了...><

沒有情人的人是沒有情人節的
當大家問我情人節怎ㄇ過時
我回答 沒有情人的人是沒有情人節的 沒什麼好說的啦
今天一個人也是過得很好阿
早上睡保保才起床
摸東摸西後騎著我的追風腳踏車到渡船頭新開的區臣士買東西
發現 沒有機車還真是挺麻煩的
下午看ㄌ電視睡個小午覺
起床後跑去洗澡 作了個全身大保養 感覺好得不得了
晚上悠閒的作了晚餐
吃完還坐坐運動
昨天跳太多舞腳都還超痠的
但還是要堅持！
現在目標不是重量 是塑身！
但是剛在看冰上悍將時快哭了 HALU好可憐....
偶像劇催化下的結果 →
本來要快樂的過完今天的
但我還是流淚了
因為我對不起一個人.....
